Manual Starters Overview

Starter Motor Operation
When activated (via button or key), the starter system sends an electrical signal to the starter solenoid, which transfers power from the battery to the starter motor. This activates the starter drive (Bendix gear), engaging the flywheel to crank the engine and initiate combustion. Once running, the system disengages the starter from the flywheel.
