Manual Starters Overview
Manual starters are simple, user-operated devices that control motor operation through a button or rotary knob. These starters feature mechanical linkages that open or close contacts to start or stop the motor. Starter Motor Operation
When the engine is activated (via start button or ignition key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid. The starter motor then engages the flywheel, cranking the engine to initiate combustion in petrol or diesel engines. Once the engine is running independently, the starter motor disengages automatically.
