Manual Starters Overview

Starter Motor Operation
When activated (via button or key), an electrical signal travels to the starter solenoid, which directs power from the battery to the starter motor. This activates the starter drive (Bendix gear), engaging the engine's flywheel to crank the engine and initiate combustion. Once running, the mechanism disengages the starter from the flywheel.
